It was easy to order but I would have like to see some kind of a preview before I paid for the order.

I was very happy with ours, we ordered 5 portraits of our pups.

Pros: Easy to order. Fast production. Fantastic artwork. Great customer service to resolve my concerns. Cons: 3 of 6 items had issues. 1 had the sawtooth hanger on the bottom. 1 had a small line in the white space of the artwork. 1 didn't quite capture my pup's image. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend them.

I am so happy with the quality of the individual representations of our fur babies. It is already a fun topic of conversation in my office. I do wish the dog’s picture was a bit larger since he is much bigger than the cats, but it is so cute. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the frame was a little knicked in some places.

I ordered two separate portraits for my two dogs who died early this year. The ordering process was very easy, lots of options so it was tough to chose the best one. It took about two weeks to get the portraits, they arrived today!! One difficulty w ordering is there’s no way to see a preview, not even a basic one. I am somewhat disappointed in the portrait of one of my dogs though. Otto is a mini schnauzer who due to medical problems ended up losing his eyes, the picture I sent clearly had hair over the area where his eyes were but the artist took the liberty of putting eyes back. I really wish someone had reached out in some way to verify this decision. I think I would have asked him to be drawn as the picture and no liberties be taken. Overall the quality seems very nice. I wanted to add that I received a quick reply from the company and they are going to redo the one portrait. What great customer service!! I also wanted to add that I don’t think I raved enough about the other portrait that captured our other dog to perfection!! Great quality and will definitely purchase more in the future as we just adopted two more dogs ❤️🐾

Overall I was happy with the 2 pet portrait I received. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. They did miss a few black spots on one of my dogs but I did get the digital copy. I was able to photoshop the few spots to make her more recognizable and printed off a new one.

Easy to order but I have no clue where in the process my order is. Just that it would take 3 weeks

This was my first time ordering with West & Willow. I am waiting for my order to arrive, but the website is very user-friendly, and it was simple to check out with gift cards. The only thing I wish could happen is a rough preview of the final product when uploading a photo. I know this can’t be exact since the team has to edit and remove backgrounds. But it would be easier to know that I am satisfied with the photo I chose in my pet portrait if I could see an idea of the outcome. That anticipation is killing me though!
