I haven’t received my product yet so I’m hoping for the best. What I have received is repeated emails which invite me to track my order, which then takes me to another app I have to download. I also received a tracking number overnight but it comes up as invalid. Frustrating start to this product.

I was disappointed to see that it was just the pillow case. Of course I see after that fact that in the fine print it says "insert sold separately." I just find it interesting that in the "shop all" and "featured" section it is listed as a Throw Pillow yet it is clearly stated that the Phone CASES are a "best seller." They strategically leave out the case part for the throw pillow. Cute pillow case but score 1 for their marketing verbiage, smh.

I don’t have the product yet. The ordering process was easy but I haven’t heard anything else. I’m hoping to receive it before Christmas. That is what the website said. Once I get the picture, I’ll let you know how everything went. I would suggest sending a proof of the product and more updates on the process.

It was hard to edit an item in my cart. I ordered a promo mug after ordering a print and was unable to change the choice to “no name” without deleting it from my cart and starting over.
