West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Absolute trash, nothing like the pics. The photo is way too dark and is a sticker on top of a $5 case. Wouldn’t recommend wasting money on this. My order number was 545202 - funny how they claimed they’re unable to locate my order so they can have this review removed. Stay away from this shady company!

I never received my order.

I paid for a dowload I never got and then was spammed and scammed into paying for two more. Spend less time auto upselling and more time delivering the items the customer already ordered.

I’m disappointed in the coloring of my picture. Kavys fur is too dark on the photograph. She looks like a groundhog.

This is second time I’ve ordered from W&W & the second time your product has arrived damaged. However, this time it was a surprise gift to a friend for his pup who is terminal. Thanks W&W for screwing up that surprise. The least you could have done is throw in a free mug with the replacement picture. But nope, no apology, no accountability, no “what can we do to make this right” dialogue. This will be the last time I use your company.

Haven’t received my order and I ordered 1 month ago, fearing it’s a scam

Please just don't waste your money, this company charges outlandishly for their work and there are so many independent artists that have far superior work for way less. The original picture they sent me was so far off from how my dogs look, I sent them an extremely detailed email about what needed to be changed and they did THREE revisions, and still missed so many details and had the wrong colors/coat textures on two of my dogs but by that point I'd given up. It was so not worth several hundred dollars for this. In an economy like today, please save your money and go elsewhere. Their work is subpar at best and not worth what they charge.

I ordered a portrait of our dog that recently passed away. Was expensive for the size and looked NOTHING like the photo!
