West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

What a great experience! My order came earlier than anticipated. When I wasn’t fully satisfied with the first version of the portrait that came through, it was easy to give feedback and have it adjusted in a timely manner. The customer service was amazing. I’m very happy with the final product and with the service and care that was given during the process

10/10. My portraits turned out amazing. I ordered one, which was so incredible that I ordered 6 more, as well as 1 for a gift for a family member. I absolutely love them. Great quality and fairly quick turn around time. Highly recommend!

Great customer service!

Customer service was wonderful!! My print got lost in the mail and they quickly sent me another print! They were so helpful and responsive to all my questions. The print was perfect and was a wonderful gift for my dad. Thank you so much!!

West & Willow did a wonderful job on my order, and they did it fast. They sent out the gift to my granddaughter. she was very pleased.

The product is not centered. My dog is white and like brown and shih tzu and he has more white than anything. Which is hard to see the dog

I am so pleased with my experience with this company! My order wasn’t correct the first time, so I reached out to them about getting it remade. They were quick to respond, so nice, and got my fixed product to me quickly! I am so in love with how it turned out!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The picture came out amazing definitely gonna order one for each of my pets!
