My sister received this gift just 2-3 weeks after ordering, and absolutely loved it. She said getting a portrait of her Olive (dog) was the best gift she's ever gotten! Olive's hair in the photo we sent was a bit overgrown and covering part of one of her eyes, and her right ear wasn't as visible, so I was worried that might show up in the portrait but it didn't. It was perfect and much easier than I anticipated in choosing a picture of her!

I was not pleased with my initial order and the company was quick to respond and redo the order. I love the replacement and would highly recommend them.
