I highly recommend West & Willow! When I lost my baby boy of 9.5 yrs last January, I was told have a painting done of him. Well that painting was like looking right into his eyes. I treasured that painting. Unfortunately I had a house fire and lost everything, including my cat. I decided since I lost all the paw prints, ashes of my fur babies, I'd memorize then in paintings. West & Willow delivered! Even with a painting mishap, they quickly fixed the issue. If your on the fence about a painting of your pet here or at the rainbow bridge, get off the fence and commission that painting! You won't regret it.

I was so Happy with the excellent customer service I received . I ordered 2 portraits for 2 different dogs , one was not as expected and west willow kindly replace it . I received the order a couple of weeks ago and is just perfect. I have quite a few friends ordering for their dogs . I will definitely will order more in the future . Receiving the portrait of my dog that has passed away brought me to tears, and not just me but touched my 4 & 7 year old sons' hearts as well. Mika was our boys big sister, & she took her role as their protector very seriously. It's been 3 years since we've lost her & she is still remembered fondly. She was impossible to capture photos of, because she was always on the move, always guarding, always herding, protecting... I was nervous because I was unsure if any of the photos I submitted would be useful or if they'd be able to capture our sweet girl truly. I went ahead & ordered the portrait because I had saw that you can preview to change anything before it's printed, however this is not actually the case & it is my only complaint I wish they would correct on their page in order to not mislead anyone else. I will more than likely be ordering more, however, because the art is beautiful & the frame is also decent quality as well. It will work wonderfully in my home.
