Beautiful picture. Was so spot on to my actual fur baby!

My picture came out so nice! My dogs both passed away, a mother and daughter pair. I am so happy to have this beautiful picture to remember them. It was beautifully done.

The picture of my dog I sent West & Willow turned out exactly like the purchased image. It was better than expected! Highly recommend them, artwork is amazing! Only suggestion I would have for them is to be more careful about their frames - I purchased mine with the largest black frame they had to offer and although it's not damaged there are scratches/scuffs on the black corners of the frames that you can see if the light hits it right.

My picture came and my pup's name wasn't exactly centered. I emailed West & Willow and they responded the same day! They sent a proof with the correction and they are replacing it for free! Great customer service! Thank you West & Willow!

I am so pleased with my West & Willow picture! It looks just like my dog and the photo I sent the company. It came quickly and the background and frame are exactly what I wanted, too. I have told all of my family and friends to get their animals picture's done, as well!!

I ordered a portrait of our two pets for my partner and it arrived in a timely manner. I messaged the support team as I was not fully satisfied with a small detail on one of my cats. They got back to me with a revision, which I asked to be changed again, and they did a second revision in less than a day! I had no issue with the support team to have the picture improved and they were very pleasant the whole time! My new portrait is perfect and I couldn't be happier with all aspects of my experience.
