Loved it great work

Process was very easy. The hardest thing to do was deciding which pictures to use. All questions I had regarding the process were quickly answered. And I was reassured satisfaction in the final product.

A pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with my initial picture, I contacted the company, got an immediate response. I sent a new picture in and had a brand new case made. The best and easiest customer service that I have ever dealt with.

I absolutely love my pictures from West and Willow! They are beautiful and capture my pups perfectly! West and Willow also had amazing customer service. When one of my pictures came back and the colors were not right they sent me a drawing with the new colors and mailed me a new one for free. I am so happy with the product.

I ordered two posters - one of my Shih Tzu/Maltese and the other of my son's Shih Tzu. My son's dog looked awesome and the coloring was great. My dog had more brown/tan coloring which didn't look like the black/white/gray dog that he is. I e-mailed customer support and the photo was recolored and fixed within a day. It just shipped, and I should be receiving it any day now. Great experience with customer service and their prompt response in addressing my issue.
