What made the experience GREAT was that any questions I had going forward were answered in a timely fashion. As well, my photo was not the best, but the best I could obtain, and West & Willow were so understanding that they said they would do their best. And they did! I was over the moon with the results. And seeing the end product in the frame I had selected blew me totally away. I could not have asked for more! I plan to spread the word about West & Willow. They are extremely accommodating and quite punctual, and helpful, with any questions I had.

Since getting our second dog Penny, we have been including her in everything we do. It’s only right we add some artwork to reflect that we are now a two dog home. What a quick pleasant experience.

I had an issue with the order. It had been 5 weeks and I hadn’t received it! They made a new one and I got it in a few days at no charge! I really appreciated how on top they were as soon as I notified them! I would definitely order from them again!

The art is bang on, the quick turn over was suprising. Considering ordering more.
