Really like the website. Very easy to get around. I would have liked to seen my dogs picture on the item before I bought it. Would have been easier to pick backgrounds etc.

Edit 2/20/2023: Even though it was a couple months after Christmas, they didn’t forget about the issues with my order and eventually made it right. I finally got my “holiday red” blanket and it looks wonderful! Great customer service. I ordered three things from them: a mug, a portrait, and a blanket. The first two turned out awesome, but the blanket was not. I ordered the blanket in the “holiday red” color. It came in white. I also wasn’t a fan of the art of my dog on the blanket. I asked them to replace the blanket and make sure it’s red, as well as fix the art of my dog. They assured me the new blanket would be red. I received my replacement order and my dog now looks awesome. But the blanket is STILL white! Kind of a bummer. I think there’s a major disconnect on their production team. I can’t figure out how they could screw up the color of blanket twice in a row!

Online Experience Can Be Improved Great product, but the online experience can be improved. When I was at check out, I decided I want to include the digital download file. I wasn't able to add the digital download file. I had to remove the original item at check-out and re-add the item. After delivery, I did not get the digital download files via email. After multiple emails to customer support, I was able to get the digital files.

I ordered both a framed portrait and a mug of my dog and they both came out pretty good except that the color is quite washed out compared to the photo I uploaded, which is disappointing. But they did a great job translating his likeness from the photo, I just wish the color was more accurate. Shipping was relatively quick considering I ordered during the holiday season.

Will have to see once item arrives. Should have a proof that we can approve prior to finalizing a custom order. Original was not great. My wife had also ordered one and details were much better. While it took some time and multiple re-draws that we were emailed to approve, the final looks great and we are happy. They did work with us to make sure we were happy.
