I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a bunch for my loved ones as gifts. Just received the first one and I was soooo disappointed esp for the price I paid. The quality of the paper was poor. It was warped like w cheaper water painting style. The picture of the pet was so small and the space between the pet and her name had a huge gap. I’m hoping the others will look different.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. It is the picture that I sent them but I’m not quiet sure why they placed it where they did. Also, seemed no thought was put into placing it on the mug. Small sized pic for the size of the mug. Definitely not worth what they charged for it

It was easy to place an order. But I never received a tracking order within 5-7 days of placing my order. So I’m not really sure where/when I’ll receive my order.

Website was a little tricky to use. The shipping timing was not clear. Had to take a chance and press purchase. Also paid the 15$ move to front fee. Next day get a message that product takes 3-4 weeks. Would not have ordered if this was made clear up front. I hope the artwork is as cool as it looks on website. Wendy Jensen

I don’t like that we can’t proof the picture before it’s sent out for delivery. It’s very expensive for not knowing what I’m getting.

The artist who did our portrait is very talented and the portrait is beautiful. However, my portrait has a permanent crease in the paper. I have had it framed for a few weeks and it will not flatten out. It’s disappointing that I spent so much money and received wrinkled art. I reached out to the company right away and got no response at all. It has been a few weeks so I’m losing hope I’ll ever hear from them. Overall, I think my daughter will still love this Christmas gift but I’m disappointed in the quality and lack of customer service.
