Hi Jackie, Thank you so much for entrusting us with your pet's portrait! In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews. Guaranteed though that we have extremely talented designers who will bring out the best in your pet. 👍🏼

Wrong name on picture and asked for a refund. I do not want another picture just a refund but has fallen on deaf ears. No one will respond to my emails

Hello Bill, We are very sorry for the confusion. Upon checking, your order was already refunded.

I received the artwork and it was incorrect. I immediately emailed the company, as they do not have a phone number to contact (first note of warning!), and received a reply of we will get back to you in 3-5 days, so on and so forth. Now about a month and a half later on 6/12- I finally received the download of my corrected portrait. It was quite the drawn out experience. My recommendation: Do not purchase! Save yourself the time, hassle, and money.

The phone case custom portrait didn’t even last a year. The image peels off easily.

The shipping time was great only like a week, but the picture of my dog who recently passed away is terrible.

The photo is rippled and looks terrible. I am super disappointed. It was fairly pricey for the quality product I received. I can’t gift this to my mom who recently lost her fur baby.

My print was sent in a flimsy box, which was crushed and the item damaged. I was advised that a replacement was coming but, nothing so far. The print would be lovely, if not damaged but, the service, not as lovely.
