Straight forward once I followed the "dropping" of the. photo procedure!

My order ended up lost in transit, and after providing the necessary info, the customer service agent I worked with had a new order made and mailed out; couldn't be happier with the end result of the situation, thank you!

Aprilyn was extremely responsive and helpful when there was an issue with my order. I was a bit upset with the first version of the picture as it looked quite off, but Aprilyn fixed it right away!

I received my artwork and it was adorable. However, the frame was damaged and I reached out to the customer support team. They were wonderful and gave me several options to make it right. I will order again with this company!
