West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I would give you guys 100 stars! You made everything right. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much. And I've already recommended you to several people.

My original artwork wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I was so pleased with the response and the desire to make it right. The revised artwork was better, but the colors were off. Without hesitation, the artwork was revised again and ended up being perfect! My sweet dog passed recently and I really wanted something that looked a lot like him. Last artwork was a home run! I LOVE it. Thank you for being so willing to make it to my satisfaction.

I am SO obsessed. This was my second order through West & Willow. The first order made my mom cry on Christmas morning and the second order was for my grandparents who recently had their dog pass away. I ordered a digital copy (so worth it) and before the order arrived, I noticed the coloring wasn’t right on one of the pups. I reached out and the W&W team immediately jumped into action to adjust the portrait. This only took a few days and a new order was sent so fast!! I can’t wait to see my grandparents reaction when they open their portrait. I have (and will continue to) recommend W&W to everyone I know! It is so worth it for such a priceless piece.

We lost our love Dobby a few weeks ago and thought of hanging a picture of him on the wall in front of the door so we could see him as soon as we step in the house. He is, truly, our soul mate and seeing him everyday with the happiest face, brings joy to our day. Wishing lots of success and happiness to everyone at West and Willow. Thank you! :)

Great product!

Ordered this as a surprise for my mom. We had to put our fanily dog down on the 21st and I wanted something beautiful for her to look at. She cried when she received it. It has our family dog from when i was child, the dog that just passed, and the other dog she currently has. Great job!

I am very satisfied with my experience with West and Willow! The picture I ordered was a gift for a friend and had two pets. The cat appeared much smaller than the dog when actually he was a very large cat. I contacted them and they fixed it and sent another one very quickly.

This makes my 4th time to order from your company!
