West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Besides creating fantastic works of art, they go above and beyond to make sure you love what they do.

As always, excellent customer service!! I’ll be recommending to everyone I know with a fur baby!

Love it!! Such a cute pic and looks great!

After seeing so many great pet portraits, I decided to order one for us. Cannot wait for the finished product!

I like the minimalist style of the print. The plain white background, simple font and black frame leave the details where they should be - on the dog. I did have a few minor issues with my first portrait, but W&W were very helpful correcting those issues and sent me an updated portrait at no charge. Their customer service is as good as their portraits. 5 stars all the way.

This company was extremely easy to work with. They answered my emails in such a professional and heartfelt way. My fur baby of 15 years recently passed away and my heart was broken and I needed a portrait of him to feel like he was still with us. Well west and willow was able to create that. When I opened the package which arrived faster than expected i immediately cried cause it looked just like my Jake. I feel he is still with us now and hung the portrait in his favorite stop. Thank you so very much west and willow.

Absolutely loved the pictures. A really classy way to include our fur babies.Loved the way they looked hanging on the wall.

I absolutely love it! The quality is incredible and it came really fast. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I am so happy!
