I was unhappy with the portrait and they listened to my concerns and did a great job with the next image! Can’t wait for the phone case to arrive of my little bundle of joy!

The picture I sent of my dog wasn’t that clear but the portrait I got of them was super clear and they really worked on every little detail. 100% satisfied with their service.

I recently purchased a portrait of my pit-bull nephew for my brother in law's birthday. Teddy had just passed away and it was the perfect gift. The portrait is beautiful and I almost feel as if Teddy is still gazing at us from the wall, it is surreal. West & Willow did a beautiful job and I would choose them again and again.
