West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Easy step by step process. Can not wait to receive my order!

Ordered a custom portrait after our dog passed away. The shipment never made it to us and West and Willow sent us another portrait free of charge. We still have yet to receive our (second) print but do have the digital image in the meantime.

My portrait came within 2 weeks of ordering. The artist does amazing work.

Customer service is excellent! My order just wasn’t quite right the first time and they resent and entire new one no problem! This is my second purchase from West & Wilkie and I’ve already recommended to many friends and family!

My experience was exceptional!!!

The ordering process was quick and easy. Simple instructions that were user friendly.

Incredible quality and life like art

Ordered 3 portraits! Two of the three were perfect. One was not quite what we wanted. Reached out to the support team and they were great! They redid the one and it looks exactly like our pooch! So happy with this company on all ends. Will use again and highly recommend.
