Customer service is amazing! I would definitely give five stars! Will order again

I ordered a pet portrait of my daughter's Yorkie who had recently passed. He was her first pet and the sweetest little pup with huge (oversized) ears and big black-button eyes. When the portrait arrived, I was disappointed as it didn't reflect the true essence of this wonderful little creature. West & Willow went the extra mile to adjust the portrait until it was the perfect representation of this wonderful pet. I can't wait to give it to my daughter. THANK YOU!

The pictures of my pups is the most adorable thing ever. It was well worth the money!

We only had a dark pic of our beloved rag doll kitty who was tragically hit by a car. The print wasn’t quite right but W&W went out of their way to make it just right. Thank you for all you do!

I just placed my order. Wait until the product is delivered before asking this question. Date below is for date ordered. This is bull…t that I have to agree before you can hear what I have to say or write.

Deux mots : magnifique et touchant Encore plus beau que je pouvais l’imaginer , vraiment … Un cadeau fort apprécié !
