West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Very easy and informative ordering process

Beautiful painting and it’s delivered surprisingly fast. I’m a returning customer and I’ll be ordering more in the future. /Happy customer

The web site is very easy to navigate. Simple to follow instructions.

We were not happy with our first puchase, and they went above and beyond to make us happy! We love our final product.

Even though I made a mistake in the address the products were being sent to, with one quick email to West and Willow everything arrived in record time—just about a week for two separate pieces. I’ll use them again.

Great customer service! I was not satisfied with my product and they listened to my complaints and sent me another draft to review and a new product was sent to me in days! I was a very satisfied customer with the final product & their customer service..

Really great service. They made the picture better than I even expected. We love the portrait

Wonderful customer service. They kept adjusting the portrait for me until it was just right. I really appreciate it so much!
