West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The quality of the painting and frame is great! However, the design was a little disappointing. I requested a portrait of my two dogs. One dog looks perfect! They really captured her details. For my other dog, they left out her whiskers so her portrait is lacking. I checked the picture I sent and her whiskers are indeed shown. I also would have liked if the dogs were a bit bigger - there is a lot more background than dog. Nonetheless, I recommend this product and am looking forward to giving the portrait to my husband.

I LOVE the portrait I ordered for my parents. The only thing I was upset was with that I was not able to view the portrait and approve it before you shipped it. Also there is ALOT of space between the name of the pet and the picture. The picture could have been bigger to take up some of the white space.

Customer survive got back with me quickly and fixed my issue

First portrait was not good, but they made another one and it was wayyy better.

I received the portrait of my dog, and it was amazing! W&W is the perfect gift for any pet owner, including yourself. There was some shipping issues, and my package was sent back twice, but once I received my dog's portrait, it was so worth it! I am very happy with how the product turned out, and I even ordered a phone case from W&W

I had some prints done a couple years ago and ordered new ones. The new ones were not as detailed as the original ones and I expressed my dissatisfaction. Customer service was very helpful in getting a resolution; there were some bumps along the way but they hung in there. I'm still not as happy with the new pictures as I am the old but they did their best.

Ordered photo print. No clear estimate of timing. No proof sent. No information on the “cut the line” charge and what that provided. Still order has no information on when this gift will be delivered. Update: Finally got a shipping and delivery date with a quality product. Still keeping at 4 stars because of lack of communication regarding the above.

More communication on my order being shipped or made. Other then that very easy experience.
