I was disappointed in the results of my depictions. Of course, it could have been the photos I sent. To me, they were more cartoonish than I expected. I wasn’t expecting fine art. I’m not sure about giving them as Christmas gifts. Also, I received a duplicate to one of my portraits. Do I have any recourse?

Process was easy but no indication of expected delivery date. I suspect it will be lengthy and that the lack of detail is purposeful

Art work was fabulous and as advertised. 5 stars there. I’d recommend investing in better packing materials, as my picture frame arrived broken.

Dislike that we cannot see a proof before finalization. This would avoid errors. I was sent the wrong dog. The company corrected it but I was upset initially.

I was a little disappointed when I received my picture. I was under the impression that I would be able to review the image before it was printed and framed. One of the dogs faces is facing down and the colouring on her is wrong. The other looks great. This is a gift and I hope they like it, but I’m a little embarrassed to give it to them.

I've purchased 5 pet portraits through this company. They were all well received as gifts for friends or family. However, 3-4 of them I've had to contact W&W to have the portrait fixed. The first couple times it was easy. But it has become more cumbersome and lower quality for the price. The last one was the biggest pain. It took 6 weeks from placing the order for it to be resolved, and I was still unhappy with the result. However, the new form to submit when there are issues is an improvement. Still, when I was contacted about the edits, they were going to do the opposite of what the problem was. It was very frustrating. I would advise the company to either provide a period for the customer to review the artwork before printing and to allow multiple pet photos to get the colors more accurate. I am unsure if I will continue to use W&W so I will research other companies in the interim.
