Absolutely one of the best pictures I’ve ever had done of our dog Molly. Beyond impressed with West and Willow!!!! Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a piece of fur baby art.

Excellent customer service - super friendly, responsive and helpful. I ordered a pet portrait for the first time through this company and when I received my order I was very disappointed. I reached out to their customer service and they were sincere and adamant about making sure a replacement portrait was done and done right. They sent me a proof and the image looked SO MUCH BETTER. I confirmed and recieved the replacement portrait within a few days. The original I was told to keep so I donated it to my church. Overall, this company has proven that customer satisfaction is their top priority! I would certainly order from then again. One hope I have is that they will add an option for you to view a proof of your portrait before they print it.

I love this company! I received my prints very soon after ordering. 😁 Unfortunately, I'd sent too dark of a photo for one of my prints & they were more than happy to edit & adjust the coloring for me & send out a replacement. Excellent customer service (thank you, Juan!) & the design team did a great job! Definitely 5 stars!
