Very helpful. Happily worked with me to change what I didn’t like about the original photo until it was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this company to fellow pet lovers.

I ordered from West and Willow for a Christmas present portrait of our dog for my mom. Turns out, my boyfriend had already ordered a portrait with our dog and the two cats for myself LOL. When we opened the gifts his portrait was perfect, but my dog for my mom wasn’t as “scruffy” as I’d hoped. I emailed them about it, as my boyfriend’s version was great so it might have been the picture I chose. They were very helpful and kind- they fixed the portrait and sent a draft for me to confirm the update before providing a complementary portrait due to my not being completely satisfied with the prior one. Excellent customer service and a great gift idea!

Turned out perfect! We lost our little dog in June and it has left a HUGE hole in my heart. The picture from West & Willow turned out great and captured him perfectly. Thank you!

I just had an issue with size which was my mistake and I have to say that they have gone out of their way to make the changes. Amazing customer service.

Camille was a great help and followed up with artwork and shipping to ensure I got the mug just right. The mug and artwork were lovely looked just like our dog.

Customer service was so helpful and efficient. I ordered the wrong size portrait and I asked them to cancel it so I could place the order again for the correct size. I know their timing is tight for doing this as they get right to work on the artwork but they did help me and allowed me to get what I really wanted. And all while being super nice! UPDATE: I had a request to add back in the whites of my dog's eyes in the portrait (his side eye look which showed in the picture I submitted, but was filled in on the final art we got). They totally understood and fixed it to look like the original I sent in. All done super fast with such kind customer service. I love West & Willow. They have always done the right thing. We will be customers for life!

I would give customer service 10 stars if I could! They are amazing to work with. The first artwork received made our dog look very mean and although we all got a good laugh out of our evil little pups, it wasn’t an accurate representation of our sweet little shih tzu. Customer service went right to work getting a new and much much cuter portrait created free of charge! I would definitely work with this company again. Super helpful and great communication!
