West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Excellent customer service! When we contacted West & Willow regarding not being completely satisfied with our original pet portrait, they made modifications and sent a new copy once the portrait was to our liking. Would highly recommend!

So beautiful!

The process from beginning to end is easy and quick. I love the work that goes into capturing your pet. Looks just like them. I have order a couple times and will continue to do so.

The steps to order a print is so easy! I was a little concerned about shipping because it was a birthday gift and I was late in picking something out. But it was delivered today, a day earlier than my friends birthday! And she sent me a picture and she absolutely loves it! And so do I!!!

I am very happy with my purchase. The team at West & Willow created a wonder portrait of my late dog Roush. It really exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family with pets.

After the recent passing of my lil dude, Loke. I found myself missing him in so many ways. One of which was seeing him everyday. West & Willow had and does exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t be happier with the way my prints turned out. In remembrance, thanks to you all at West & Willow. Perfect Memorial piece.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. They captured each one’s true personality. I love it so much. 10 out of 10. I will be back for more.

When the order was not as expected they sent another one. Great customer service
