Looks exactly like the photos I sent! The frame and background is a nice touch! Arrived on time! I love it! I will cherish forever!

The ordering process was very easy, walking me through step by step.

Can I give 20 stars… yet again?? The final product is amazing and heart warming… but the customer service is even better! I highly recommend you let them capture your fur babies!

Our family recently lost our beloved pet who was a huge part of our family and we wanted to honor her in our home, West & Willow provided a way to do this. They captured her expressive face with every detail. When I unwrapped my package the likeness was so real it brought me to tears. The process was so easy and I received my order within a week. I highly recommend West & Willow as they truly captured the likeness of our pet. I will proudly hang this picture in our home.
