I wasn’t satisfied w my original portrait and they made it right. My biggest issue is I never got to proof the first one. All portraits should be proofed by the person purchasing. The end result was what I hoped for so I am happy with the product.

The quality was great and the picture looked just like my dog but it arrived with a printing error and it was going to be a Christmas gift for my family of my dog that had just passed away. I will still able to give my family the picture with the error and W&W is so great that they will send a new print out for me. That's why I gave 4 stars. Just wish I had received an error free print for Christmas for my family at this hard time for them. :(

The artwork was great.. the annoying part was trying to figure out how to download a digital copy of the artwork after making a purchase. Didn’t get any follow up email or instructions on how to do it…
