The image we received is disappointing . The images on the site were so cute! There should be some more detail on our dog. She is black, but more highlights on her would be nice so she’s not just a black shape. It would be nice if they would send a proof out so you know what to expect. The framing I have to say is the worst. The quality is terrible. So cheap. Even the backing behind it. Its like one of those cheap frames you would buy for a poster. This was for a gift and it feels so low quality. Embarrassing to give it as is. Already spent so much money to get it reframed. Was so excited about this. Now thinking we need a plan b gift.

I am unbelievably disappointed with how this turned out. Only one pet looks similar to their photo and even then it looks like it's just a software that you can run on photoshop and doesn't give it that "painted" look. Which you can do yourself. There is no way an actual human, which they say looks at these, looked at this. This is so awful. These are all deceased pets too... I'm honestly more disappointed in myself for taking the chance to do this. It's a waste of money. I'll try to get it fixed but I've resigned to the fact that I've literally just thrown my money away. The spacing is nothing like the images in the advertisement or on their website the whole thing is white space. The frame is even falling apart. Please learn from my mistake and go with a different service. This is NOT WORTH IT. I paid extra money for a digital download which I cannot access and a "shiplap" background. Just please save your money. This is horrible. Pro - it got here quick - but that makes sense since I'm not sure anyone actually looked at this. They clearly didn't read my notes on the photo either.

No place to put comments on the order form, communication in a separate e-mail did not get passed along (even though someone replied), product came in poor packaging and was broken and the picture was wrong because of the above communication issues.

Once ordered I immediately requested to update delivery address and it was promptly amended but was not properly updated in the system. When I emailed West and Willow to update the address when it was delivered incorrectly, I never received a response and had to work it out with the courier company. I have since received the product (which is a bit cheap and nasty for the money paid)
