My dog passed recently. She was vivacious, full of joy and love, always smiling. As a memorial gift, friends got me a pet portrait from West & Willow. What I received wasn’t a portrait of a happy, lighthearted dog. It was an image of demon dog here to escort you to the gates of hell. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was scary. I tried to directly contact the company to get it corrected so that I wouldn’t insult my friends’ kind gesture. In response, I only received an automatic reply telling me to fill out a form that I can’t fill out. I’m sure these photos are just put through some processing app, but you are playing with people’s memories and emotions. It’s not ok.

When I received the drawing it had dark smdges on the white back like fingerprints and the name was not evenly spaced and the letters were not the same size.

Picture did not look like photo I sent!! Waited forever to receive the framed picture, only to be disappointed.

The likeness of the image of Ellie is perfect. However, I ordered an 8” x 10.” The size of what I received is only 7.25” X 9.” It doesn’t even fit in the frame I purchased for it. I’d like to either receive a full refund or have it redone to the correct size.

Hi Cyndi, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.

I was extremely disappointed in how my mugs and picture turned out. I wonder if a human even looks at them before they ship. The image is poor and disproportionally small to the background. No refunds- just stuck with what you get. Very expensive so I guess I expected better.
