West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

They were very willing to work with me to make sure the portrait was perfect. Great service team!

Great customer service. Quick and kind responses.

I was not happy with the initial art, but the West & Willow team went above and beyond to get it corrected!! They worked with me to make sure I was happy with the end product!

The portrait is amazing. They did extremely well with the picture I shared. I do wish a few things were done differently. The portrait almost makes it seem as if one side of the sun was shining on her face so I wish they did her darker fur color on both sides. Also wish the nose was black on both sides with the pink in the middle not black, pink, and gray. I think it would be beneficial if people could send in multiple pictures rather than just one to go off of. Otherwise, the picture is absolutely stunning.

So impressed with the customer service. I order for Christmas and wasn’t completely satisfied. West and Willow made it right and were so helpful. Would recommend !
