when we bough our custom portrait, it was written that the digital download was included, but we needed to pay an extra 15$ to get it finally. PRetty disapointed

The quality of the photo was terrible and the font was not the same as what was pictured. Really disappointed for the money I spent. I can’t give it as a gift which is why it was purchased.

We sent a picture of our pup sitting and you could see his entire body. The picture they sent is such a close up his face almost looks distorted. He did request to leave his collar on, but the picture is so close you can’t even see his neck. Definitely will not recommend or order again.

The picture of dog was ok, but the size is wayyyy too small. At the very minimum, you should have centered the picture. Is there any way to enlarge the photo on the mug?

No tracking number number has been given to me about my package or any updates about my package.

I feel like the end product was not really worth the cost. It was very expensive and didn’t really capture the eyes very well. It was also frustrating to not be able to see a proof before ordering. I have also paid for the digital download but cannot access it.

I wish I had an opportunity to review and edit the artwork before it was printed and shipped to me. I received my framed photo very quickly and was happy with the frame quality, but the artwork itself is very disappointing. I have a black and white GSP mix, and the artwork suggests that substantial portions of my dog’s white coat are brown. Perhaps brown was used for shadowing, but it reads as a blatant error. I intended to give this to my partner as a Christmas gift, but I am not comfortable gifting a portrait that does not really portray our dog.

I recieved an email stating my order had shipped and a tracking number. When I tried, the tracking number was not valid. Sent several emails stating the tracking # was wrong. Was given the runaround saying it's fine. In fact the number was generated but nothing was attached to it. When it finally populated as valid, no movement on order, just a shipping label created. Truly disappointing as this is the third time I've ordered and this is the first time my order is disjointed and customer service was not on par. I sure hope my order is fine as this is a gift for my niece whom just lost her beloved senior rescue.
