I attached a specific image of my dog and the portrait i received was not relatively close to what my supplied image was. It seems as though they used a generic stock photo and edited the image to look close to a golden doodle rather than work with the image I supplied.

I ordered a print as a gift, I made the order on time to get it before my friends Birthday, I got the wrong item and I've been waiting for 2 weeks just to get a replacement. At this point I think I'll just ask for a refund.

Pretty disappointed in these. The pet image is on the bottom fourth of the page and the rest is just white space. Why not make the pet image bigger? Additionally they turned my golden cocker brown. Not cool. Over all very disappointing.

It would have been nice to see the proposed layout before they printed and shipped it. The final coloring and image layout was underwhelming.

I ordered 2 pet portrait tshirts. I thought I was selecting the outline for a full color picture of my pet what I received what simply an outline which looked nothing like my pet. This product is overpriced and was not advertised as expected. They won’t replace the product or refund my money even though the artwork is awful. Make sure you order full color if you want the actual pixies of your pet/

The print sent to us looked nothing like the photo. We contacted customer service twice, but they never responded. Will never buy anything from them again

I ordered a blanket on April 13th after a loved one unexpectedly lost their dog. After not receiving it for weeks I reached out and they said my order had been lost but they will reorder my original product. I asked for expedited shipping since it had already been weeks…I was told they didn’t offer that. Then 2 days later I got an email advertising expedited shipping! It is May 28th and I just got my order. The blanket is nice but the entire ordeal to finally get my product was ridiculous. The customer service is poor, feels like you’re talking to a robot and my last 2 emails to them were blatantly ignored. I would recommend going through a different company.

The picture I received is not the same dog I sent in a picture of and the name was left off as well.
