Great product, fast delivery and easy to work with - thank you!

Easy online purchasing experience. Product as described, and so cute! Purchased as gift for a friend and I was so happy to give it to her!

Love the print!

West & Willow is a great company that has 5 star response time, customer service and communication. The finished product is amazing. It is for sure gonna bring many smiles for a long time! Thank you!!

I’m really happy with West & Willow’s customer service and would highly recommend! I originally ordered a pet portrait and it did not look my pet. West & Willow reached out and redo the pet portrait at no additional cost. They even requested I grant approval on the replacement before sending it out. I received it very quickly and they did not trouble me with sending the original back. Now, I have a super cute and accurate pet portrait. Thanks West & Willow!

I am thrilled with the finished custom product I received. It's a gift to my husband & I can't wait for him to see it! The eyes are so beautiful, looks JUST like our beautiful 19 yr old kitty.

The picture really captured the likeness of both of my dogs, even though they were the same breed. You can really tell which dog is which. Definitely worth the money! Very high quality.

Customer Service was excellent! Much appreciated.
