I made a mistake on the shipping address. Once I realized it was wrong I reached out to W&W immediately. They made a replacement picture and shipped it to the correct address as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!

Pros: - The company reached out to me right away when there was an issue with my previous order (a portrait of my pup wasn't accurate). - Communication between me and the customer service agent was (for the most part) really easy and generally quick. - Shipping was fast and the portrait was secure inside the packaging. - The portrait materials (the wood frame and the glass) feel solid and not cheap. - I do love their portrait of my pup! Cons: - There was no way to tell the company which feature(s) of my pup were most important for them to represent in her portrait. (For example, she has different colored eyes. The adjusted portrait had a much-needed speck of light blue added to one eye.) - When making changes, I found that the artist made minimal actual changes to the original portrait and maybe wouldn't actually be able to make substantive changes when asked. (A additional change I had hoped for was to better show that my pup's right eye and right ear were actually gray, and not just "in the shade." What was sent back was a darker version of the entire portrait. That's not what I would imagine a real artist/illustrator would consider correctly altered. Therefore, I didn't pursue that additional change and asked for the portrait after the first alteration.)

I love how the picture turned out of our girl Asa. They even got her sweet little crooked bottom teeth, we love our girl… when I didn’t receive my digital download there were very quick to correct the issue and get it to me. Thank you!
