Easy ordering. However it could even be better if you could edit your cart instead of deleting and starting over. I made a mistake with my background color and I emailed customer service immediately. I got a quick response that my order was taken care of and background was changed to what I wanted. Fast service!

This has been the BEST customer service experience ever. The original portrait I received was not as I expected. I spoke with their rep, resent pictures and I received a new and improved picture today. They didn’t question anything, argue or haggle about my concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lasting keepsake of their fur babies ❤️.

I wanted to change the background color of the portrait and then decided to cancel my order altogether because I needed some time to think about it. My inquiry was handled in ten minutes.
