West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

have ordered 2 pieces from west and willow and am very satisfied. recently the frame arrived damaged and west and willow happily replaced it with a new one.

Amazing likeness! This was a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he loved it. I was impressed with the likeness of the pups and how easy the order process was. I received an email letting me know that my order was delayed by 1 week and 1 week later I got the email that it was shipped. Very satisfied with it! I wish I could submit pics.

West & Willow is an amazing company to purchase pet portraits. Their portraits are super cute & are a great addition to my home! I wasn't completely satisfied with the original image and after going back and forth with their outstanding customer service team, they offered to send me a replacement portrait (of the newly approved image) at no extra cost. I highly recommend them!

I was so excited to receive this in the mail, and I have to say it totally did not disappoint! It is the purrrrfect portrait of my 3 fur babies. I highly recommend!

My gift arrives perfect timing for our beloved pets bday . :)

It was so simple to put this together the first time, so much in fact that we ordered a second one.
