I have never had as great of customer service then what West and Willow offered! Truly, the easiest to work with, quickest to respond and beyond understanding of my concerns with the frame not looking like it did in the example photo. I could give them 1000 stars if I could. Thank you West and Willow!! You have a forever customer :) Also, my picture is AMAZING. Thank you, thank you!

I have now bought several photos of our family pets and of our friends pets as gifts. Each has continued to impress as the quality and craftsmanship has been outstanding.

The team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our portrait. Highly reccomending to friends and family on both product and service. Couldn't have asked for more.
