West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I am extremely happy with the art and customer service West and Willow provided. The artwork captured my pups perfectly. The most impressive part of the experience was the customer service. We had to make slight modifications to the artwork and the response and support I got was amazing. Ramy went above and beyond and truly showed care and patience to ensure what we received was perfect. I will be a repeat customer!

I picked a dark background that ended up hiding features on one of my cats. Their customer service worked with me on getting that fixed. Now I have a new background where all three cats are detailed and beautiful! Couldn’t be more happy with the result and the helpfulness of the staff. The artwork was fantastic! All three looked exactly like my cats and had such great detail.

Fast turnaround time and well made product that will bring joy and comfort for years to come!

very easy site to use. Very friendly customer service and prompt reply with a query I had.

I had a small chip in my mug and the customer service was SO great in getting me a replacement. Love their products but the customer service is definitely what will make me come back!

The portrait of my cat Peaches is perfect - down to her clipped ear. I was also amazed at how quickly the portrait was completed and sent. I have used West & Willow in the past for gifts for my mom and sister, and I will most definitely be using them again in the future. Highly highly recommend!

I haven't received my photo yet as it's only just over a week .It was easy to do and i am looking forward to receiving it . The only thing i would like to suggest is after i submitted my photos for me i wld have liked confirmation they were ok . this isn't a criticism just a suggestion. I had to contact the team and their response was immediate and so personal and friendly . I will write another review once i've received it and hopefully it will be 5⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟
