Turnaround time was great. Quality of the product is awesome. The picture I provided was not used as I intended

Hi Darnel, We are so bummed to hear this! We'd love to put a smile on your face. We just sent an email to the address on your order.

Vast portion of the portrait is just black background. And the portrait is too small. So for a 8x10, tge height of the portrait is 5" Charging $70 for this feels like a rip off. I guess for folks who lost a pet and want to create a memorable portrait it makes sense. But not too happy with quality of your work and the amount you charge.

Hi there, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I’m very sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We are sending you an email now to get this taken care of.

The artwork itself looks great! I have no complaints about the artwork. Well done, and a great piece to hang on the wall. However, the service not so great. IF you are trying to save money by ordering on Black Friday, don't expect to get your order before Christmas, even though the website says Black Friday orders can take UP TO 4 weeks. Mine took 7 weeks to arrive. So unless you pay the rush fee, don't expect Black Friday orders to be Christmas gifts.

One cat of the theee was presented in the wrong color. I have ailed customer support, and I’m hopeful that can be remade. The other two card in the portrait are perfect!

I wanted an option for a frame. The site kept changing the background color and would not allow me to easily change it. This happened 4 times.

I sent in full pictures of both dogs sitting side by side, they were sitting the same way. I was hoping for full pictures and not just head shots, we have ordered before. These were not your finest works.

Hello Richard, We are sorry for the confusion. Please be advised that all our portraits are only head-to-chest views.

order was delayed and hasn’t been delivered yet. I put the order in end of December.

If there is a mistake, it takes a VERY long time to get it fixed. I placed my initial order on November 13th. It’s January 9th, and I still don’t have the replacement. Though I would give 5 stars for communication. They do send updates regularly. Good thing it wasn’t a Christmas gift.
