I ordered on November 28th so that I could hopefully receive the portrait before Christmas. I received an email on December 9th saying that they lost my photos and need to upload them again. I’m now stressed that the gift wont be here in time because they haven’t even started my portrait.

The picture arrive with a crease in the paper. The picture I sent the dogs head was cocked but you could see part of his ear. The artist straightened the photo but did not add the ear. So the photo looks like he’s missing an ear.

I don’t have any news of my order and it’s been a month since I paid for this. I took the time to order it in November to make sure i’d have my order before Christmas. I understand there’s been a problem, but 2 or 3 days go as a week for West&Willow. It’s sad cause it’s a beautiful company.

I ordered 2 pictures and a mug. When I received the mug our cat was the wrong colour. When I received the pictures one of the dog was missing its spots and there was a random black semi circle on the dogs forehead. I will say west and willow was great and fixing the problems and sending new art, however, this could have been avoided if they sent proofs in the first place

System removed skip the line from my cart. I didn't notice until it was too late.

Poor follow through on shipping standards. My order was lost twice and both times it took another 48 hours for a response I ordered my portrait back in October and now I’m unsure with the turn around after two lost shipments if I will receive it in time for my husbands birthday :( I would look into different shipping options and provide your purchasers with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping. Perhaps provide an option for faster delivery option at check out. Also, perhaps for purchasers like myself who have been waiting months for an order you could entertain putting them first in the queue with expedited shipping…. Honestly loved this idea but this whole process has not been an enjoyable purchasing process and I’m not sure how likely I’ll be to refer in the future. 😔
