My friend’s dog is a short furred dark chocolate lab. The picture came back of a dog with a white chin and long light brown fur.

Poor quality

The website said it would arrive in time for Father’s day. The tracking number provided could not be tracked and the ups website error said “We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number.”. I emailed the support team several times. Not once did I get a tracking number that worked. Item was eventually delivered several days after Father’s Day. I asked the support team how I could get a refund since I had to purchase another gift. Never got a response. Terrible customer service.

You can see the crease marks from being rolled up. Also looks cheap. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift and shipping was delayed several times. Disappointed.

I ordered a picture for my husband for Fathers Day three weeks ago and I still don’t have it. I’ve emailed many times requesting an ETA. The only response I got was that they needed pictures. So I resent the same pictures I sent with my order and still there has been no word on when it will arrive. Father’s Day is tomorrow and it won’t be here in time. Your advertisement said 2-3 weeks so I went ahead and ordered it because Fathers Day was 3 weeks away. We just lost our beloved 4 legged son a little over three weeks ago so I was really hoping to give this to him as a wonderful memorial. When I resent the pictures I let them know that I needed it for Father’s Day. I was assured that they would stay on top of this order. I can’t rate anything else yet because I don’t have the product but this is the second email request for a review so this is the best I can do.

the picture came broken. no protection over the frame. box didnt say fragile. so when being delivered it got crushed.

Not impressed , value low for amt of $ pd for product

Unfortunately, my print came very damaged. After a week of correspondence via email with the company (because they have no phone communication available) they sent an email stating a new print was on the way. There was zero mention of any partial refund due to the hassle and inconvenience. For the price I spent, I was incredibly disappointed with the low quality of the print paper and the way it was shipped. If you want to order a product, make sure it’s framed due to the way they ship a “print only” item (it comes rolled up with a band around it). I will say, the artwork of the dog was very wonderful.
