Easy ordering & quick shipment. The shipment was packed well and arrived sooner than expected. I would have given 5 stars but I didn't look at the drawing. It is packed up so well and didn't want to undo it all since this is a Christmas present. Maybe when sending you could face the drawing out so that you can see it and be able to repackage it up if you are giving as a gift.

I ordered and paid for the digital download and still do not have a link for it.

It is a great portrait. It really captures our friend’s pet. The one thing I’m not happy with is that where the dog’s kerchief was around his neck, it is now pink. The same thing happened to the portrait of my dog as well. I understand that any accessories in the photo have to be removed, but isn’t it possible to make the fur in that area the same color as the fur on the face? I am going to present this photo to my friend this weekend, but when I look at the pink neck, it just drives me crazy!

I ordered two portraits and both came out very nice. The one with two cats was adorable! The one with dog could be better. I would give you 5 stars but on the dog’s one eye, a hair was drawn into the pupil. And even if the original picture had this flaw, wouldn’t it be better if the hair was omitted to fully show the beauty of her eye? I still love your product and will continue to refer friends to your website.

I placed an order for a print, as well as a digital proof. The print is a gift for someone else, and the proof was meant for me, on my end, to have in case I ever wanted to use it for something. I was surprised to hear that the print arrived in a damaged box, even though it was labeled fragile. However, that is on the freight, and not so much the responsibility of West & Willow. Luckily the print and frame were not damaged, however, I was disappointed the print came with absolutely nothing inside; like a card, or West & Willow branded materials, or anything else that might explain this gift. It was a frame in a box. That was it. For the price I paid (over $100) you'd think it would arrive a little better looking?! Maybe it's just me. I got bombarded by emails and marketing materials digitally, but nothing physical. The person I got the gift for never heard of West & Willow, and I had to shoot them a text explaining the surprise gift and where it came from ;) I also felt a little cheated that the digital version is only a .jpg and not a vector file, or .EPS/.SVG. When I asked for a higher quality art file I was initially told no, sorry, best we can do is a .jpg. However, the art team did eventually send me a higher-quality digital proof, and that was nice of them. Because of that I am bumping my original score from 3-stars to 4-stars.

Picture looks good, only downside. The package was damaged and a little corner was chipped

The picture is actually perfect! My only star deduction is because I ordered the poster and it came rolled. To frame it myself I have to somehow get it flat without making any creases. I wish it was shipped flat
