It’s a cute idea
It’s a cute idea, wish I could have reviewed before it was finalized and sent through. I had two dogs in the pic and the style of photo didn’t really match that well when I saw them by side. I’d have perhaps found another photo.

I got my package and I thought with all the packaging it came with it would be protected. It has a scratch on the bottom of the frame.

Beautiful but broken
I love the capture of my dog. It is beautiful. However, I received it with a broken frame. It was in pieces when I opened it. A gift for Christmas that will pivot and make work.

Too late to change the photo
The artist’s rendition of the photo was beautiful and the quality of the materials used was excellent. My issue is that after sending my photo , I realized that the one I sent was not a face on view like all of the samples I had seen. I immediately contacted customer service and sent a different photo and one that was preferred by the recipient of the gift. I was informed that it was too late to make a change to the photo but my original photo was fine. This was so disappointing . The portrait I received was fine but I think this type of portrait is best with a photo taken with a face on view.

Hello Kim, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you loved the artist’s work and the material quality. Once an order is submitted, our artists begin work quickly, which means we do have limitations on photo changes after a certain point. We follow set procedures to ensure each portrait meets our quality standards using the photo provided at the time of purchase. We truly appreciate your feedback and understand how important photo selection is for this style of portrait.

Love the print but it was not secured in the frame. I had to secure it myself with the staples. Need quality assurance prior to packaging.

The colored embroidery of my pet didn’t…
The colored embroidery of my pet didn’t come out quite right. She’s brindle, but the design was stitched in a solid brown, and the overall likeness didn’t really resemble her. I’m not sure if the issue came from the photo I submitted, but it was the one that was approved.

I ordered three and have issues with two of them. One dog is a WHEATEN terrier and she came out white like a Westie instead of blonde. Another one has a weird cut/halo around her head. The third one is good.
