My pet portraits came one absolutely beautifully! I had three portraits done and I love them. The team members were incredibly responsive and polite with a single concern I had. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!! Cannot speak highly enough about this brand.

The customer service agent who handled my order went above and beyond! There were many issues regarding my pet’s fur color and he/she worked tirelessly with me till we got it just right! Running this type of site without phones though is crazy and very frustrating for customers. Since this is not the first time I have ordered, I was disappointed that you no longer have an option to include your pet’s collar
