Website n ordering very easy to navigate.. excited to see my purchase!!!

The website was so easy to use and my illustration shipped so fast! I just got it in the mail and it was amazing!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’m so happy with how it turned out and will definitely recommend West & Willow to anyone!

After an initially disappointing picture, I spoke with the Customer Support team to resolve the issue (Andrian) and i have to say the level of customer service i received was nothing short of fantastic. I have just received the updated and corrected picture and my family and I are absolutely ecstatic with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending West & Willow to friends and family if they ever required a picture.
