West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This is my third time ordering from west and willow. Every single time they do an amazing job. It’s just unbelievable the work they do for their customers. West and willow has cured many hearts with their portraits and I guarantee this won’t be my last order from them! Amazing company and amazing work

My portrait was not what I expected. I contacted West and Willow and a customer service representative personally sent me an email and told me they would make whatever corrections I wanted. They made the corrections I asked for and are sending me a new portrait! They told me to donate or toss the one I was not happy with! This was a great experience and an A+ experience! Which all companies were like this! Special thanks to Sierra my customer service representative!

I love it! There was a mess up on my order. I was actually sent 2 different portraits of the same dog, when I wanted similar portraits of 2 different dogs. But they got it corrected and they are both amazing.

Love these renditions of our fur babies! I have been gifting to everyone I know with a pet!

I cried opening this! It’s perfect!

My sister just lost her cat of 8 years. I know this pet portrait will give her all the feelings. Thank you for memorializing her baby.

I love this company, i was not pleased with the first portrait i received due to the color being off on my chocolate lab but they sent me approval for another one and are shipping it out to me! This company went above and beyond to make me happy. Definitely worth the money

Outstanding customer service! From the response time to the positive attitude to resolution!
