After adding products to my cart (mobile), I wanted to change frame color, but I didn’t see an edit option, so I had to delete and start over. An edit option, if possible would be nice!

It was easy to order. Would love more pictures of the different sizes in context so you could visualize scale better. The extra marketing to 3rd party sites I could do without.

The quality is great, but the likeness is slightly off. Still a great moment to treasure.

Original product was disappointing, but support team worked to rectify situation I was not able to present the product as a Christmas gift as planned, but support team was fairly quick on turning things around.

I ordered mugs. The site was user friendly up until I was asked to enter my detail preferences. "Pet name optional" I appreciated this option because I did not want to include a name. Below the window provided to enter a name, if desired, it said.. "If you choose to include a name, write it here", and so I left it blank because, as mentioned, I did not want to include a name. The site would not allow me to go past this step unless I typed something in the window which seemed contrary to giving me the option of not writing in a name. After several failed attempts to move to the next step, I typed in the window that I did not want to include a name leaving me worried that what I typed would be mistaken by your software as a name request. It wasn't until I did finally get to the next step that I did see that the order would be filled with "no name." It was somewhat frustrating. I do however look forward to receiving my purchase as the mugs will be gifted to my three nieces who recently lost this beloved pet ❤️ Thank you!

I love everything about the 2 pictures I bought, except i was so bummed because I had requested that the collar bow be painted on my female Frenchie’s picture and it was not in there when it arrived. I have 4 sons and a boy Frenchie so I finally got my baby girl and I wanted her to look like a baby girl.

The process is pretty easy and simple. It would be very helpful to get an idea of your pet on the background the person chooses so u can see it before ordering

The poster is very cute. The first one I received on 12/24 however the name was spelled incorrectly. They were very good about responding and were willing to re ship this. I am waiting for the replacement to come. Based on the experience I have had I would definitely order from West and Willow again!!
