I ordered with a before Xmas date, and then found N email that it could be more than 3 weeks. I have reached out two support twice to ask estimated shipping and I don't see any response. I also paid $8 for digital review of my order??? Where might I find that. Please respond. Thank you!

I ordered 3 individual pet portraits and one of the three that was delivered was of a cat that isn’t even mine, let alone what I submitted in my order… Now I likely won’t have all three ready to be given as a gift for the holidays.

The ordering process was good, but the final product did not look like the cat and dog in question. You can tell they were of them, but I was disappointed in the detail. This was bought as a gift and I will now be looking for other options. I will not be a return customer. Great idea for a product but poorly executed.

You’re asking for a review when I haven’t even seen my product or any true update on if or when it is being made or delivered…

It took a few weeks to be delivered and when it has arrived the paper was damaged and the design wasn’t perfect. The support team has been very helpful and they sent me a new picture but sadly it won’t arrive on time.

I placed order where it said it would be here before Christmas. As soon as I placed the order it then said 3 weeks. It is complete false advertising

According to your description during the check out process and your frequent asked questions and answers, I should have gotten a tracking number and shipping and delivery date within seven days. It has been 15 days and I have not received any communication as to when my package will arrive. I did receive an email ,three days after my purchase, that said that there were delays in making my portrait and it may take up to 4 weeks to receive it. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication from West & Willow. Especially since it was too late to cancel my order. This is why I give only 2 stars. I hope the product is worth the wait.

Response from support team very slow and not timely.
