I’m really unhappy because the character/lettering placement was off on my print. For $140 I’d expect that to be correct.

We ordered a second mug using the exact same photo and are very disappointed in the coloring and spacing of the second mug. We didn’t expect them to be exactly the same but one is much better than the other.

Never received my order. I was sent my digital copy via Facebook messenger since the download option did not work. A warning to anyone. If you order a photo you better pay extra for the insurance or you are out $180.00. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service and experience I have ever received. My order did not deliver before Mother’s Day as they advertised and 2 times my order was wrong. Very disappointed and will not be a returning customer.

Very very expensive for what you get. The frame is cheap and flimsy. You could do this same thing in photoshop. As a photographer myself, I expected way more due to how expensive they are. My one came with my dogs head cut off. The response was quick at first, I’ve heard nothing in days. Don’t waste your money. Ridiculously expensive and not worth the money at all. I’m regretting the purchase
