You went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband loves the picture!! Recently it had fallen off the wall and the frame cracked in the corner. I emailed the company to ask if I could by a replacement frame, to which the answer was no. Instead they sent me a whole new framed picture without charge. I did not expect this at all and would have been glad to buy a replacement. Thank you to the West and Willow team for superb customer service!! My family has enjoyed all the pictures they have received!! A+

Amazing company!!!!! I had ordered a few other dog portraits from a different business and after getting a new pup realized that they were closed down. I did some searches online and found West and Willow and placed an order. It came in very quickly and was beautiful only my dogs coloring looked slightly darker than expected and it wasn’t the same artistry as my other ones. I emailed West & Willow and they got back to me SO fast telling me that they would re-make it. They even sent pictures of my other portraits to the artists and had them re-make my new pups portrait to look like my other ones. 10/10 recommend! Their customer service is amazing and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Andrian was my support team person and they were so kind, thoughtful, and prompt.
