Great Communication and top notch workmanship! The Team at West & Willow walk with me through the entire process. I told them how special this portrait was because it's for my mom who has had two dogs cross the Rainbow Bridge. A couple of pictures were not all that great so they asked me to resend a better picture and explained to me why it was important. When I opened the box yesterday it took my breath away. I am over the moon happy and highly recommend W&W. Top notch!!!

Love the quality and artistry in the pet portraits. I ordered 3 pet portraits. One had a different color frame other than what was ordered. I completed the on line communication form, hoping for the best. I received a timely response indicating the correct order was in the works without having to pick up or ship the incorrect order. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
